This is a brand new feature that we are adding to the site. The requests are sent directly to our email account, and checked at least twice daily. Please contact us directly via phone if any specific questions/requests. Always allow at least 24-48 hours for us to have your refill ready, especially if ordering on a Saturday night or Sunday. Once your refill has been approved by one of our Veterinarians we will fill it and call you as soon as it is ready.

*If we are unable to refill your prescription for any particular reason, we will be in touch with the details.

*Please note that by California state law, in order to dispense/refill any medications, the animal(s) in question must have been examined by one of our Doctor's at least once within the year. In some cases, bloodwork is also required a minimum of once per year.

*If the medication being requested today has nothing to do with any previously diagnosed condition(s), a Professional Exam may be required.
